How to manage anger?

Anger is one of those emotions that really harm us. It makes us say or do things that we later regret. It makes us look pathetic in the eyes of other people. Anger is usually directed at other people, animals, or objects, but in fact sooner or later we ourselves become its victims. Here are some ways to control anger before it starts controlling you.

1. At the moment when you feel like you're about to explode, take 10 deep breaths. It really works! Try to switch off, imagine that you are not there at the moment, do not think about anything, just focus on breathing. Suck in air through your mouth, take a deep breath, hold it for a moment and release it through your nose. This will calm your body down a bit and help you think more logically.

2. Think about the situation. Try to understand what upset you and why. Perhaps you're overreacting. You need to understand that your anger will hit you, not the person you're angry at. By allowing your anger to flare up, you immediately find yourself at a loss.

3. If you often feel angry for any reason, start taking additional supplements. Start with gingko and omega-3. These supplements will help you control your aggression by controlling your nervous system.

4. Try to think calmly. If you don't get mad at others, then after a while you will realize that you have become happier. In any situation, try to see the good sides, not the bad. Think positively - thanks to this, you will begin to show less and less aggression in collisions with others.
Example:
You are driving your car. Someone blocked the road with their car. Instead of honking and getting angry, sit down and relax. Shouting and arguing won't get you up to speed anyway. If the driver is a novice, aggressive behavior can only scare him, and if he is scared, then:
a) you don't know if it will move.;
b) if it moves, it may cause an accident.
So take a breath and remember how you started, and what you would be doing now if you were that driver.

5. If someone yells at you, don't be provoked. Remember something funny, like drops of saliva coming out of your opponent's mouth, funny faces he makes, or the last funny incident you remember, etc. Your condescending smile will make him even more nervous, and you will win the duel. Besides, thinking about funny things always overcomes all the anger that accumulates in us.

6. There are people who, when arguing with someone, are too proud to admit their mistake, or too stupid to realize their mistake. Listening to their silly and ridiculous arguments, we often get angry. Instead of getting angry, you just need to understand -either they know you're right, but they don't want to admit it, or nature has let them down. Anger won't change anything-shouting won't make a person change their character or become smarter.

7. If you are arguing with someone, try to understand their point of view and the reason for their anger. Usually, the cause of a quarrel is a lack of proper communication. Maybe instead of getting enraged because someone dared to raise their voice at you, try to understand the reason. Perhaps the person had the right to give you such attention. 1win
